1-hr guided yoga class with Vineyard Yoga SYV, a guided meditation and 10 minute relaxation, a glass of hand-crafted wine after class, and all the gorgeous vineyard & mountain views you could ever want.

Please bring to class:

– Yoga mat
-Blanket or towel for underneath your mat (for extra padding)
-Water
-Yoga props you may like to use (block, strap, blanket, etc.)
