Hitching Post II

Description

Hitching Post Winery:  A product of the famous Hitching Post II Restaurant in Buellton, Frank Ostini and Grey Hartley believe great wines are made in the vineyard.  Their winemaking philosophy is that they are caretakers who guide the wine into the bottle.  As the wine matures it is simply left to gently age in the barrel.  Their focus is to work with Central Coast’s best vineyards to produce many Pinot Noirs, Syrahs, and a Cabernet Franc blend.  Their wine is produced at Terravant custom crush facility located in Buellton and may be found at the Hitching Post II as well.   Featured in the movie, Sideways, the Hitching Post II has stayed true to their quality, friendly service,  and personal care with making fine wine.
